DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
Yes — we offer complimentary express shipping worldwide.
All orders are dispatched from our principal location, London, and will typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been carefully packaged and shipped.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

HOW CAN I PROCESS A RETURN?
Yes — we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
Please note that personalized pieces are considered final sale, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been issued.
Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

CAN I ORDER A PIECE THAT IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK?
Due to limited production runs, some pieces sell out quickly.
If an item you’re interested in is unavailable, we recommend contacting our client advisors.
They will be happy to confirm if the piece is returning, offer a tailored alternative, or notify you the moment it becomes available again.
